A very early eyedropper pen, Swan 4500 – the advertisement comes from the year 1901! Wonderfully kept, with clear imprints. The pen is equipped with a so-called plug feed, which theoretically enables its user to fill it in without unscrewing the section and helps to control an ink flow. The nib is absolutely outstanding, XF-2.2mm, very soft. The pen has a cap from a little later model, Swan 1500. It is definately not recommended as an everyday user, it is much more a collectible item, and it tends to spit the ink.
